About the Role

MDM Strategy and Architecture:

Define the overall MDM strategy, including data governance, data quality, and data lineage.

Architect and implement MDM solutions using Databricks Lakehouse capabilities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MDM efforts with business objectives.

Data Engineering Leadership:

Lead a team of data engineers responsible to implement ETL processes, data pipelines, and data transformations at customer sites.

Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across the Lakehouse platform.

Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and storage for MDM purposes.

Data Science Collaboration:

Partner with data scientists to understand customers’ MDM requirements.

Enable seamless integration of MDM data into machine learning models and analytics.

Pre-Sales and Customer Adoption:

Work closely with the sales team during pre-sales engagements.

Provide technical expertise to potential customers, demonstrating the value of our MDM solution.

Drive adoption by showcasing successful use cases and ROI.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring mechanisms for customers

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Role Overview: As the MDM (Master Data Management) Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our MDM solution within the Databricks Lakehouse. You’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely access to critical data assets.
